— Built for trades

A placement service built for skilled trades, not expats

Metroidmerk exists because blue-collar and vocational workers have been underserved—or actively misled—by international recruitment. We built this specifically for that gap.

/ Why we exist

Not repurposed. Built from the ground up.

Most international placement services were designed for white-collar roles and adapted—poorly—for trade workers. Metroidmerk started with welders, construction crews, and hospitality staff as the primary client.

That means our process reflects trade realities: shift structures, physical certification requirements, site-specific safety compliance, and employer accountability beyond the first paycheck.

• Employer vetting process

Facility verified. Contract reviewed. Then we proceed.

Every employer on our list has passed a facility verification and submitted their standard employment contract for review before any candidate introduction happens.

Visa timelines, pay structures, and on-site safety compliance are confirmed in writing. No employer is listed without a documented accountability trail.

+ Documented placements

Records on file. References available on request.

400+ placements completed

80+ vetted employers

12 destination countries

Across welding, construction, manufacturing, and hospitality—all with signed contracts before departure.

Each employer passed facility verification and contract review. No listing without a documented accountability file.

Active employer relationships across Europe, the Gulf, and Southeast Asia—with visa process documentation for each.

Ask us for employer references and placement records. We will provide them—specific names, contract outcomes, and visa timelines—before you commit to anything.
